Patients are advised of all test results and treatment plans in a consultation. It is the responsibility of the patient to book a follow up appointment to discuss results unless Dr Hall has specifically advised you otherwise.

Due to the personal and detailed nature of results, they will not be advised over the phone, unless it is part of a telephone consultation, or Dr Hall has advised you otherwise.

Requests for repeat prescriptions outside of consultations will attract a fee of $35.

It may not be possible to provide repeat prescriptions during times of staff annual leave and other absences. ​

It is the responsibility of patients to ensure that any required prescriptions or documentation are discussed with Dr Hall during consultations.
