Creating a personal anti-ageing plan

Your body is unique, so the anti-ageing steps you need to take are unique as well.

As always, our process starts with understanding you. Your health history, your family history, your current health concerns. Based on what we find there, we may recommend some pathology testing or gene panel testing. This helps to pinpoint the root cause of current or past symptoms. It may also identify areas where you need to be careful in the future, even if you have not noticed symptoms before.

We discuss all our findings with you and work with you to develop a recommended course of action. This may include dietary changes (often assisted by clinical consultation with Dr Nikole Grbin); supplements or injectable nutrients.

The anti-ageing plan is unique to you and you are the driver of it. It is your body, after all. Our role is to provide expert advice and support for you to live healthily now and as you age in the future.
