Actioning of such requests is at the sole discretion of Dr Hall.
The fee will depend upon the complexity of the research and work required to respond.
Dr Hall does not write legal reports.

To ensure appropriate ongoing care, when a patient requires the transfer of medical notes/records to another health professional, doctors are entitled to recover from the patient the reasonable cost of providing this information.
While records containing patient medical information do not belong to the patient, the patient has a legal right to access those records.
The fee for the transfer of medical notes may vary. Patients will be informed of the cost before they are transferred and payment is required in advance.
